As infants we sucked our thumb. We hug each other, think with our cheeks resting on our fists, and dream as we watch the clouds while our head rests in our hands. These are all unconscious actions that balance our energy system. This is Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help.


Self-Help Is

The Practice of using your own light touch on specific locations on your body to help balance your own energy system.

Simple - The most basic holds are as easy as holding a finger. Many of the holds are ones you are already doing unconsciously.

Comfortable - If a hold doesn’t feel “good”, it is the body’s way of telling you that it is not what you need. Holds are relaxing and easy to do.

Accessible - You don’t have to carve out more time from your busy lifestyle. Self-Help can be done in bed, watching tv, waiting in line, sitting in class, watching a movie and more.

Self-Help Can

Assist You with both physical and emotional conditions. There are times when relief can be immediate, while other projects improve with time and use.

Take a class

I offer in person Self-Help classes in the Lexington area. Subjects change frequently. Classes include Self-Help for panic and stress, effects of chemotherapy and radiation, pain management, and trauma. Online group classes will be coming soon.

Learn via private online or in person training.

Online one-to-one Self-Help training can be done via Skype. I will also be offering Facebook Live sessions and other online venues soon.
